By leveraging expert Freelance Web Developers, Web Designers and Marketers, we were able to to launch our Version 1 of www.ilfororomano.com ! It took about 6 months from start of creation. We had to get through a lot of challenges to get here, but we were able to pull through giving our users the best option in Italy!

By creating freelance job posts and inviting connections we were able to surpass 200 LinkedIn followers. I believe attracting the best talent is of the highest importance, therefore good linkedin connections and page followers will help us in this quest!

Fernando Gamba, a freelance web developer, started building the site, at the time called www.agorabarter.com. The entire site was in English because we thought about launching in US & Italy. We quickly realized there was no theme that would allow us to build what we wanted, therefore, Fernando proposed a custom theme, I agreed, and then we started.
