We have been growing from word of mouth! The live sessions we are having seems to be providing tons of value. The hurdle to have the guts to attend is still high and we need to drive engagement more :)

Next steps:

1. Look at how to commercialise (having a co-creation session with current users 21/8)
2. Start spreading the word and do some marketing.
3. Partnerships

Launched our online community on Mighty Networks. Had to readjust the target group and realised the potential of building online first. New learnings, session structures and ways of communicating. Happy that we were able to make the switch but it was a uphill battle :)

Combining purpose and profit needed a community for the entrepreneurs and leaders on the ground. Started it as a non-tech breakfast club. Corona made me go digital.

The idea came after visting a conference that combined the work of Swedish global development (SIDA) and our governmental agency for innovation (Vinnova). First time that ever happened in Sweden and the turn-out was great
