ImprvHealth
AI-powered fitness coach in your pocket
Back in high school, I was in a car crash with a cow that fractured my skull. That kicked off a series of accidents and setbacks that completely derailed me. By 23, I had hit rock bottom.
The last 15 years have been about rebuilding through fitness, structure, and discipline. That path is what eventually brought me into healthcare and tech.
Two months ago, I launched ImprvHealth — an AI-powered fitness coach — on the App Store. It’s bootstrapped, we already have paying members, and the mission is clear: make expert-level fitness coaching affordable and accessible with AI.
Excited to keep building, and grateful for this community where people share the real ups and downs of the journey.

About

Thank you Griffin! It’s been a journey from rock bottom to now, but I kept learning and kept pushing and started shipping :)
Thanks for the support
You're much welcome, am also still early with my own SaaS (OptiGain), I'm trying to balance building and actually shipping updates.
What are you trying to solve? We should connect! Let me know if you need any tips.
Thanks i really appreciate that,,, My saas is called OptiGain,, it helps businesses optimize their profits by forecasting, showing trends and giving insights through dashboards(charts, summaries, and download reports) I'd definitely love to connect and learn from your experience, any tips on early growth would mean a lot.

Good question - the biggest lesson so far is make login and password reset as frictionless as possible. That seems to be the biggest pain points with apps. There are so many apps out there and individuals may have several different passwords. Making the onboarding and login flow simple was a game changer for me. I’m still looking for ways to streamline for the users.
What a journey — it’s impressive how you transformed years of challenges into a product that makes expert fitness coaching more accessible. Big respect for bootstrapping and already getting paying members. Curious: what’s been the biggest lesson from your first users or the App Store launch?
Really inspiring to see how you turned setbacks into a launch . Congrats on shipping ImprvHealth — love the mission of making fitness coaching more accessible. Excited to follow your journey!
I appreciate the support! Excited to follow your journey as well! I’ve learned that sometimes setbacks give you space to learn and grow and then launch into a comeback :)
