Impulse
Visual UI editor for developers that use React and Tailwind
It's been 5 months since Impulse's conception and it's finally somewhat ready to see the world.
I've fixed a ton of bugs, redesigned the UX from scratch, and now it's time to prepare for the first open launch.
It's gone a long way!
Building open-source dev tools is something I've never done before and it's still a walk off the beaten path for most hackers/startupers.
Either way, I'm really proud Impulse has made it here! 🎉
Wish me luck with the launch!
We started making Impulse in May after releasing the first blog post describing the problem.

Two months and a few gallons of coffee in, I'm excited to announce the alpha version!
Say hello to Impulse, a yes-code UI editor.

About
As indie hackers, we want to move fast. Writing UI code manually is slow and boring. Impulse makes it fast and fun.
