In Cart Upsell

Launched into public beta from an AirBnB in Rome. I spent a few months on the initial MVP, but tried very hard to follow everyone's advice and launch before the product was fully polished. This was good and bad:
GOOD: even a little bit of revenue is a huge mental boost
GOOD: feedback from Real Customers is 100x better than just sitting around thinking about what should be done

BAD: once people are using the product, every change needs some kind of migration plan, so it slows you down a bit
