Inbox Zero – Stop wasting 20 minutes a day deleting emails
I built Inbox Zero because my inbox was a mess. I was getting 50+ emails a day and wasting time sorting through newsletters, OTPs, and spam just to find the important stuff.
So I built a tool that connects to Gmail and automatically sorts emails into categories: Urgent, Read Later, OTPs, and Trash. It also groups company emails and lets you bulk delete old ones with one click.
It's free to use and works with any Gmail account.
Check it out: inboxzero.website
Would love to hear what features would make it more useful for you.
About
I built Inbox Zero to solve my own problem of email overload. I couldn't find a simple, free tool that automatically sorted Gmail into useful categories. So I built it myself.

The real test here might be whether users eventually stop checking the categories.
If I still open Trash to make sure nothing important landed there, the sorting saved clicks but not attention. Getting to the point where people trust the classification feels like the harder win.
