InboxWise

Hey Indie Hackers,

I'm a solo developer from China. A few months ago, I decided to build something that would actually save people time.

The idea: an AI email assistant that writes professional Gmail replies in seconds. No registration. No data storage. Just install and go.

I called it InboxWise.

Building the product took 2 weeks.

Getting it on the Chrome Web Store took 3 rejections.

Rejection 1: Privacy policy missing.
Rejection 2: Same reason — link not in the right place.
Rejection 3: Same reason — I forgot to add it to developer account settings.

The fix? Add your privacy policy URL in two places. That's it. Two fields. Three rejections.

Now it's finally live.

The product:

• Chrome extension that reads your Gmail and generates AI replies

• 3 tones: Formal, Friendly, Concise

• Free trial: 30 replies per account

• Pro: $6.99/mo or $69/yr

• Built with Cloudflare Workers + DeepSeek API

• Privacy first: we don't store your emails

What I'm looking for:

• Honest feedback on the product

• Ideas for marketing to Gmail users

• Early adopters to try it out
