Wrapped up our first edition of Indie Hackers Lagos.
There were 10 people at the first meet-up and 15 products were represented.
Key highlights were uncommon wisdom from product category decisions to internationalisation vs localisation, revenue hacks, and more.
@stanwarri gave a talk on revenue hacks and pitfalls to avoid.
Totally worthwhile experience!
Ever so often as a self-funded or bootstrapped founders you find yourself wondering; If only I knew about the hack earlier or that person, I could have saved me a lot of time or money. There had to be a better way than regrets and we are testing a meet-up where founders share their problems and success hacks to overcome challenges as that better thing.
