After many months of preparation and hard work by the entire team, we were able to officially launch on PH. We were really well received by the community and were the #2 product of the day.
We heard great feedback that people wanted an Android version of the app and a web app as well.

At the earliest stages of building a startup, you need incredibly talented people who believe in the larger vision of what you are trying to build. We've been able to find that in our third engineer. He has an incredible eye for design and is throws a hard punch as a developer.

We hired another incredible iOS Engineer in December 2021. The labor market was incredibly tough to hire in but thankfully we found a great fit.
She has a deep understanding of the product and the bigger vision that we have for the company. Super excited to have her on the team!

We got featured in theSkimm newsletter as part of Hispanic Heritage month. It drove thousands of people to our website and converted 100 new users to our app in one single day!
This was the largest single day of onboarding new users to our app! Very exciting.

In preparation of Denver Startup Week we decided to move into a public beta. Since this was an in person conference it allowed us to bring more awareness to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem to what we were doing. It was also great to connect with fellow entrepreneurs in person!

We released on TestFlight to a private cohort of users in the early summer of 2021. We wanted to continue to talk to our users while continuing to expand on the product roadmap.
We manually onboarded our first 200 users to the private beta where we saw strong usage and retention.

Building a low-code app and talking to people who resonated with the pain point we were facing gave us the conviction we needed to go out and hire a CTO.
We published a job posting across several channels and ended up finding our tech lead on IndieHackers! She is incredibly talented.

My co-founder and I worked in technology consulting for a couple of years before deciding to launch INDX.
The idea originated in a car ride in Seattle.
We built a low code app in Adalo. We also hired a design firm to build out high fidelity wireframes.
