Job board for finding hospitality jobs in Poland
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a person that wanted to build a similar website. He was interested in either working on it together or buying it. Considering that it was only my 3rd indie project and he wanted to buy a website with almost no revenue, it was clear to me that I should sell. Price was evaluated based on the time that I spend building it and some bonus

Here's how I did it:
- Followed FB groups
- Saw people promoting products
- Made a Figma sketch of how their ad could look on my website
- Send it to one of the companies
- They replied right away and loved it β
It will be free for one month and that will be paid per month.
Some other companies booked it as well.
Will it be an option to monetize the website? π

Slowly getting some traffic. My current strategy is to share link of the website to Facebook groups.
As well, I implemented programmatic SEO which seems to work quite well. At the moment there are ~4k pages and number is growing.
Next goal is to reach 200 clicks per month πͺ

I did my first-ever cold outreach on Facebook
It was not as painful as I thought π
Within a few minutes, I got my first reply and the person was interested in posting her job there πͺ
Also, the job board passed 2k offers which is crazy
I created an unstoppable aggregating monster

I wanted to solve to chicken/egg problem by aggregating offers from other platforms
Right now, it is aggregating offers from 3 websites
97% of the offers are from OLX (π€―) which is not exactly what I wanted (too much domination), but I will leave it for now
About
Inspired by other indie hackers I decided to try building a niche job board.
