Most Shopify merchants collect reviews for social proof but never actually read them all. There's no time and yet buried in there is exactly the kind of insight you'd normally pay a consultant for: what's driving repeat purchases, which products are quietly losing customers, and what small fixes would move the needle on revenue.
I built Insightify to close that gap. It uses AI to scan your product reviews and turn them into a clear picture sentiment trends over time, recurring issues flagged automatically by product, and a simple performance score so you can see at a glance whether things are improving or slipping. Basically the analysis you'd get from hiring someone to read every review, minus the time and cost.
