Insights Web Analytics
Automatically Find Insights In Your Google Analytics Data.
A couple weeks ago, I launched a free trial to everyone to go over their google analytics data and give them a full report of how their website could improve or what opportunities I was seeing to grow their business. It all went really well, and I was able to help some people.
However, the other result that came up was that almost everyone was missing out on the best results because their google analytics data wasn't fully set up properly. So, today, I am launching a little app that will automatically look through your google analytics data and tell you what could be set up better with links to some of the best guides on the web on how to do it.

I've developed a report that looks through website's conversion rates, bounce rates, time on page etc. to find cross browser issues via google analytics.
It was awesome to use on a client that had a major issue and we automatically found that their Internet Explorer experience was broken, not allowing anyone to add their products to the cart in order to purchase. It was costing them $1000s, and such an easy fix once we knew about it! I wrote my details in a blog post!

I'm working on creating a bunch of technologies and reports using google analytics to automatically find ways to improve your site. I've successfully detected and found issues on multiple sites, and so I am publishing out how to do it and given away free trials to anyone who wants to use it for their own site.
Basically, by seeing if your users are essentially interacting with your site way less on a given browser, screensize, etc. We can detect if there might be issues!

At the moment, I am trying to convert people by working with them first, providing some awesome insights and helping them improve, and then going to ask them to convert to the SaaS as a cheaper alternative. I've gotten two clients from Upwork each paying hundreds a dollars for what I am going to be offering for $99/mon. So, that has been awesome. I know the value is there, I just need to slowly start proving out the SaaS part.
The first client, I have already help make an additional $20k/mon. So, hopefully that will easily translate into $99/mon worth to them! I did a case study on how I made them $20k/mon as well. https://insightswebanalytics.com/pricing_saas/
Hopefully I can convert these two soon. One of them has expressed interest in doing a retainer style relationship which is the perfect match for SaaS.

This is all awesome, Grendorf. I do have a web hosting company with 40k paying clients. Would love to check this out for the company and potentially for our client audience. Email: bd@whogohost.com
Most SaaS do fremium - do you have a freemium play?

Awesome. I am still experimenting around with how the business model is going to work. So, right now I generally do a free trial with anyone who wants since almost all my sales are via an introduction of some sort. So, I'd be happy to do that. I still need a couple weeks on the product to get it into a place where it won't break too much for accounts that don't have great GA set-ups.
And I'm emailing you now to continue the conversation and see how I can help you and your clients!

I've been working with a Marketing Firm to figure out what people would find valuable. And they decided to commit to bringing on their 17 customers to the platform. So, with the knowledge that someone is finding it valuable, I thought today would be a great day to share with the rest of the world!
Just sharing on IndieHackers, Hacker News, and Reddit for today!
