After diving into programming at university, I stumbled upon Markdown during my first foray into various GitHub projects. Its swift and efficient writing experience immediately won me over. Before this, my go-to for document creation was Word, where I spent considerable time adjusting formatting.

Embracing Markdown marked a significant shift in my approach. I began using it wherever possible, appreciating its simplicity and ease of use. Even after transitioning to Notion, I remained loyal to the Markdown syntax for all my writing tasks.

One year ago, a new thought emerged: could we use Markdown for crafting slide presentations? My research uncovered many tools, but most required a certain level of programming know-how to use effectively.

This challenge sparked an idea. We wanted to create a tool that would simplify the process, mirroring the seamless experience of Notion. We aimed to allow users to focus purely on their content, knowing that the style and layout would take care of themselves.

Today, I'm thrilled to announce a major achievement. Three months after its conception, Insou is no longer just an idea—it's a tangible tool ready for use.
