Pressure Washing Instant Quote & Lead Gen Tool.

Visit Website
July 1, 2026 Launched InstaBid Solo — multi-tenant SaaS for service contractors. Here is what's in it.

The problem: service contractors (pressure washing, home services, etc.) lose leads because their websites use generic contact forms. Customer fills out a form, waits days for a quote, moves on. Even worse — most website visitors bail before submitting anything at all. Every day of lost inbounds is jobs that go to the competitor who quoted first.

The fix: an instant-quote wizard that captures leads at every stage of the funnel.

Customer answers a few questions, gets a transparent price estimate in under 60 seconds, and lands as a qualified lead in the contractor's inbox. Accept the price? Real buyer, ready to talk. Bail mid-wizard? InstaBid still captures the partial info so the contractor can follow up — no lost traffic.

Every lead lands in a status-managed inbox with duplicate detection, advanced filtering, and conversion analytics down to the dollar range. Contractors can see exactly where in the funnel leads convert vs. drop off, and what price ranges close best. Fully white-labeled to the contractor's brand.

What's in it:

→ Customer-facing wizard with conditional logic and real-time pricing

→ Multi-tenant contractor portals — each contractor gets a branded admin experience

→ Live config editor — contractors customize surfaces, pricing, copy, everything

→ Custom analytics dashboard — funnel metrics, pipeline value, price sensitivity (no Mixpanel)

→ Real-time lead inbox with status workflow, filtering, dedup detection

→ Production Docker deploy with multi-container architecture

Stack: React + TypeScript + Node + Postgres + Redis + Docker + nginx + Cloudflare.

Solo build, every line. Took about 5 months of nights and weekends.

What I'd love feedback on:

- The customer wizard UX (any friction?)

- The config editor (usable for non-technical contractors?)

- Anything that jumps out as weak or unclear

Also — I'm taking on freelance MVP builds alongside this. React/Node/Postgres, small to medium projects. If you or anyone in your network needs a solo builder, my DMs are open here or on Twitter.

Cheers,

Ben
