Today I heard on one of my podcasts that OnlyFans is trying to pivot to the general creator market, which in my opinion Patreon is already addressing. I get why but I don't think it will work and either way, I realized that both of these solutions are trying to enable creators to monetize their content but in such a clunky way. If you are an Instagram creator, you and your fans are already on Instagram so that is where all your interactions, free and paid, should occur. Forcing creators to manage a separate content platform and their fans to use this other platform to see the content adds too much friction.

Instafans allows Instagram creators to easily monetize their content and for their fans to access this premium content without leaving the comfort of Instagram.
