After 17 years running a nonprofit, I'm transitioning to for-profit with my first SaaS: InstantHowTo.

The problem: Every time I searched "how do I..." I'd get:

• 2,000-word blog posts

• 45-minute YouTube videos

• ChatGPT responds with 15 paragraphs

But I didn't need more information. I needed to execute.

What I built: An AI tool that turns any "how do I" question into a 5-step actionable guide with:

• Time estimates per step

• Required tools list

• Expert tips

• Common mistakes to avoid

• Success metrics

Pricing: Free tier with unlimited guides, $5/month for premium features.

My ask:

• Try generating a guide on something you're actually working on

• Tell me what's missing or what would make you pay $5/month
