Happy to report that logoai.com just hit a new revenue milestone of USD$50k/month. I think there are couple reasons for the growth:

6 month from my last revenue update, LogoAI officially crossed 10K MRR this month due to Google organic traffic increase. I haven't figured out the reasons for the increase of traffic (probably never will), but the point is that SEO is a marathon and try to stay in the game and don't give up.
One tip I picked up from Google analytics is that my long term keywords such as text logo maker are doing well. Google is really good at surfacing unique and quality pages. This is exactly something I mentioned in the previous post - spend the time to create meaningful content no matter how niche the topic is. So this is something I will keep doing. Stay turned.

Thanks. Yes, it's hard to tell exactly which piece is going to do well. But the general theme is that Google is really good at picking out the quality page. So my general strategy will be start from your product and come up with niche content page that's unique and valuable.

Continuing my story of first employee. After lots of back and forth emails, I'm currently working with 2 candidates and hopefully we will have a solid team. Things I've learned during the past month.

Generic SEO content does not work
I get lots of applications for my blog writer position. But 99% of them will only write generic content that makes little or no sense. Doesn't matter how cheap their service is, such tactics no longer for modern day SEO. -
Find someone who can produce meaningful content is hard
As the founder and maker of the product, I have lots of unique content ideas but finding someone to execute is hard. I think this is a challenge faced by most founders trying to grow their business. There is no easy solution to this but to work hard and keep trying.

With 5K MRR, I'm ready to invest in my first employee. Just posted an ad for "Blog Content Writer". I like to invest for the long term and content and SEO is the type that takes a while to see the results but will slowly accumulate.
In terms of content strategy, we will start with writing review articles on products and services adjacent to logo design in order to build traffic and backlinks. LogoAi just crossed $5k MRR last month. It too about 4 years to reach this goal. I spend about 1 hour everyday (on average) on this product chipping away small enhancements and new features. I recently added a new favicon feature. You can create a nice looking favicon from any text or image. https://www.logoai.com/png/favicon
This is my new marketing strategy for LogoAI - building free tools off the technology we already have in order to attract new users and customers. I have couple other ideas in the making and will announce when they become available.
I sold instantlogodesign.com to my good friend @treychong
who recently joined Indiehacker and is excited to start his own internet business journey.
Productwise, I will continue add new features and enhancements to the logo maker and Trey will take over the marketing and SEO side of the operation. We are excited with this new partnership and will together take this business to a higher level.

Last week, I read the interview of Terry Godier of userinsights.com and thought that's a great easy little product and when ahead bought 5 user reviews for $75. And boy, that was really useful.
