Intercom Plugin - Zendesk Help Center

We built this for our own benefit and thought it might help fellow indiehackers who use Intercom for live chat and Zendesk for managing their help documents/articles.

Instead of switching back and forth from Zendesk to Intercom, the app helps provide faster customer service by enabling you to:

• Search articles from your Zendesk Help Center (or Zendesk Guide) right from the Intercom Inbox.
• Send Zendesk articles to your customers via Intercom Messenger.
• Let your customers browse Zendesk articles right within the Messenger.
