Out of 100,000+ investors, about 70,000 of them have verified emails.
Also we're currently working on adding new data points for each investor such as profile descriptions. We'll be also enriching the database with the latest investments each investor has made recently. Stay tuned!

Have you thought of building a recommendation engine on top of the investor’s data?

We haven't, but this is actually a great idea!
One way to do this could be to ask the user for some questions during the sign up process and then recommend which investors would most likely be fit for their needs.

Yes. That’s a great idea. You could also offer a new pricing plan, by recommending every week the top 10 investors for a given startup.
This helps you protect your data (the core of your product), and reduce spam improving customer satisfaction, and outcomes.
In the future, this would lead to automated pitching for startups. Basically you generate intros between startups, and investors. This is possible, once you build trust with investors, that you will be provide them with good leads.
