Inviteable

The idea for Inviteable was on the back burner for a while, but recently I finally started spending a few hours, here and there, putting together an MVP. So glad to say that it's ready for testing and to earn some feedback!

With this finally out there, I hope to learn if there's a market for Inviteable. It's very similar to Facebook Events, which I know gets plenty of use, so at the very least, I would think the market exists for certain groups.

The first group could be people who simply want a way to invite/be invited to events without relying on Facebook.

Another group is the younger generation, many of whom have never been on Facebook. I'm fairly confident that many in this group are not even aware that something like Facebook Events even exists.

Two other similar platforms come to mind - Evite and Eventbrite:

• Evite is too focused on creating and customizing an electronic invitation. It also just has way too much going on on its website.

• Eventbrite is focused on discovering new events, and on top of that, users need an entirely separate app to create an event of their own. It seems to be very focused on what a business might need when hosting an event, instead of just a regular person.

I hope that Inviteable can help fill in the gap, and is a platform that provides a simple UX that accomplishes the basics exceptionally well.
