4 months after launch and we have our first PAID user! $50/month plan. I was able to visit her office and help her setup the system for her business. It was fantastic insight into her needs and why she selected our system.
I also too the opportunity to better understand some of the feedback she had, where she was getting caught up and how we can make changes to the product. Within one week we had all the little bug fixes she had in place and was able to add a needed feature for her.
After a couple of months of negotiation with local banks in Cambodia we finally have been able to add digital payments into our system.
Learning how the banks work at both the national level, with the central bank, and locally with their own systems was a huge win for us!
