July 17, 2020 Top of the "New" section on BetaPage!

Ippy.io has been added to Betapage!

Only about 2 months after I submitted it 😛

It's currently sitting at the top of the "New" section. Not seeing much traffic from it - I suspect this is as nobody really looks at the "New" section.

Also suspect that the "Trending" section is likely reserved for those who elect to pay for an expedited review...

Regardless, would be very appreciative of any support! https://betapage.co/startup/ippy-io

July 6, 2020 Launched on Product Hunt

I've just launched ippy.io on Product Hunt!

I don't have a particularly strong following to tap into at this point - but I think it's going okay so far - currently sitting at ~25 upvotes. First time I've launched anything on PH, so lots to learn from the experience.

You can check it out https://www.producthunt.com/posts/ippy-io and any feedback would be appreciated.

April 26, 2020 First Blog Post

The first post is up on the Ippy.io blog!

My partner Natalie is a brilliant writer, and has written up a great post detailing the do’s and don’ts of a great CV. Check it out!

I’m excited to have this post live, as it’s the first step in our content marketing strategy. More to come!

February 3, 2020 New Feature - Cover Letters

Cover letters are an important for any complete job application, and since they will often be viewed in tandem with your resume, it's best to have documents that match up visually..

For that reason, I've been working on adding the ability to create Cover Letters to ippy.io. I'm happy to report that as of last night, users can create matching cover letters for all the resume templates currently available.

The next step will be increasing the number of templates (currently only five), and a focus on launching the site blog + content marketing.

November 26, 2019 ippy.io launched!

ippy.io was launched (to very little fanfare) on the 26th November!

Since the launch (I'm writing this in January 2020) I haven't put a lot of work into marketing the app, having instead focussed on developing the feature set.

I'm now nearing the point where I'm happy with the functionality, and will begin shifting my focus to content marketing in an attempt to drive some organic traffic.

It's a very crowded space, so will be interesting to see how this goes. I'll keep you posted!
