IrisCoach

The Operating System for Soccer Clubs

Visit Website
August 2, 2026 We built a soccer club OS because coaches deserve better than spreadsheets and group chats

Anyone who's run a soccer club knows the drill. Rosters in one spreadsheet. Parent communication in a group chat that somebody always misses. Tactics sketched on paper or a whiteboard that gets erased before anyone can review it. Video clips scattered across phones.

None of it talks to each other, and none of it was built for what a club actually does.

So we built IrisCoach.

It's a full operating system for running a club, not a generic team-management app with a soccer ball logo slapped on it.

A few things we focused on:

  • A real tactical board. Built on Fabric.js, so coaches can actually draw, animate, and share formations instead of taking a photo of a whiteboard.

  • A video hub. Upload match footage, tag moments, and review plays without digging through a camera roll.

  • Player and parent portals. Schedules, updates, and communication in one place — no more group chats swallowing important messages.

  • A Super Admin dashboard. For club administrators managing multiple teams, not just a single roster.

Still building this one out — if you coach or run a club and have a specific headache this doesn't solve yet, we'd like to hear it.
