iRotate Pro: AI-assisted workforce app for live casino ops.

Wanted to post my latest side project, iRotate Pro, built using AI development tools.
It’s an early-stage workforce management dashboard tailored specifically to the high-frequency scheduling demands of live casino floors. Instead of standard hourly shifts, live casino studios run on strict 30-minute table rotations and required break cycles across multiple branded studio zones.
Current Features:
Automated 30-minute dealer rotation & break schedule engine
Rotation history and fairness metrics (table vs. break slots per presenter)
Real-time floor monitor for incident logging and dealer zone moves
Simple QA evaluation module and integrated break-room info displays

What's the biggest challenge you've faced when building software for super-niche operational workflows?

The interesting part seems to be less about generating the initial rota and more about keeping it valid when the real floor changes. A dealer calls in sick, moves zones, takes a late break, or an incident happens — suddenly the original schedule has to be recalculated without making the whole thing unfair.
That feels like where the domain-specific logic could become really valuable compared with a normal scheduling system.
The 30-minute rotation constraint makes this much more specific than a generic workforce tool. I’m curious how much of the workflow is actually unique to live casino operations versus existing scheduling systems.
