Finds the dua from the Sunnah that fits your situation

August 20, 2026 I built an app that finds the right dua for whatever you're going through

There is a dua from the Sunnah for almost every worry a person can have. Fear, debt, grief, a hard decision, a sleepless night. Most of us know a handful at best, and when something is actually weighing on us, we don't know which one to reach for.

That gap is what I built itminan for.

You describe what is on your heart, in your own words, in Urdu or English. itminan finds a dua from the classical collections that fits your situation and shows it with its source. It never composes anything of its own. Every text comes unaltered from published collections, and that is a hard rule I will not trade away, because in this domain fidelity matters more than features.

Some honest notes from building it:

  • It is a web app on purpose. Nothing to install lowers the barrier for the people I most want to reach, including my parents' generation.

  • Urdu is a first-class language in the product, not a translation layer. That decision cost me weeks of font and layout work and was worth every day.

  • It is $2 a month for full access, with a free tier that needs no account. I wanted the price to be a non-decision.

  • I am a solo, bootstrapped founder. The hardest part has not been the code. It has been distribution, which I suspect is the least surprising sentence ever written on this site.

If you are Muslim, I would love for you to try it and tell me where it falls short: https://itminan.co

If you are not, I hope the underlying idea is still interesting: taking a body of classical text people deeply trust, and building the shortest possible path from a person's real situation to the right piece of it, without ever generating a word of the content itself.

Happy to answer anything.
