Jaguar VPN
RAM-only VPN engineered for strict DPI evasion.
Hey Indie Hackers,
Over the past few years, the VPN landscape has run into two major technical hurdles that most mainstream providers don't talk about enough:
DPI Fingerprinting: Standard protocols like basic OpenVPN and vanilla WireGuard have identifiable cryptographic handshake signatures. Modern Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) firewalls can detect, throttle, or outright drop this traffic in seconds.
Persistent Storage Forensics: Many commercial VPNs claim "zero logs," yet they still operate on standard SSDs or hard drives. If a server is physically confiscated or compromised, cold forensic data recovery remains theoretically possible.
We founded Jaguar VPN at StacklabX Ltd to tackle both problems at the infrastructure and protocol levels:
100% RAM-Only Architecture: Our servers run entirely in volatile memory (RAM) with no physical disk storage enabled. In the event of a power cycle or reboot, all runtime state is instantly and mathematically wiped clean.
Proprietary Stealth Protocols (Mirage & Aurora): Instead of relying solely on generic tunneling, we engineered obfuscation layers that morph packet headers and randomize timing patterns to mimic routine TLS/HTTPS web traffic, allowing connections to pass through aggressive DPI filtering undetected.
Hardened Security Suite: Layered with AES-256-GCM encryption, an OS-level kill switch, and automated split tunneling.
We’ve just opened up early access at jaguarvpn.com.
As fellow builders, we’d love your feedback:
How do you currently test and verify connection latency across different privacy nodes?
What features do you consider absolute deal-breakers when choosing a daily driver VPN for development and remote work?
Happy to answer any questions about our infrastructure stack and obfuscation techniques in the comments!
About
We built Jaguar VPN with 100% RAM-only servers and custom Mirage obfuscation protocols to bypass Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and mathematically eliminate persistent connection logs.
