Ok so a pain point has been identified but is it even a product I should build?
I looked at reviews for competitors on Trustpilot and found a pattern.
Most of the competitors have extremely complicated pricing made specifically for Enterprise customers.
So now I have a narrow focus to build a simple product for personal use and small teams.
The product will solve the pain point of organizing brainstorming ideas and capture tasks in one spot.
So now that the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) has been identified now it's time to reach out to those customers to get feedback.
It's painful having to jump between 5 different apps when trying to collaborate on projects with my team. Most tools are either too complicated or too expensive for basic uses. Jellyboard was born out of that frustration and will kill that pain by making it easy to brainstorm ideas and collaborate in one spot.
If you don't solve a pain for a user you are just wasting time.

Sounds like a great idea. I guess when it comes to combine with task creation, you will need to integrate with jira, github and whatnot. Have you started developing the actual product?
