February 15, 2021 Firefox extension is online

Maybe you know but i've switched to firefox instead of chrome (See this article https://martinratinaud.medium.com/how-i-fixed-the-macbook-pro-16-fan-noise-overheating-problem-b72bdf93e734) so I started with a firefox extension that is now online.

Used a boilerplate that I had to adapt to share the same code for the upcoming chrome extension (that is awaiting validation)

So you can start now to better filter remote jobs search and come to me if you need any other website or feature

Download and us it now http://bit.ly/jobboard-master-firefox

Sweet, looks good! Are you trying to monetize it?

Thanks @Glench, yes I eventually want to add some features as my needs arise :-)

First one will be to mark a job as hidden, becauseI often come back on a job that was not suitable
After that I will add Glassdoor reviews right into the site to be sure I want to work for this company
And finally will add a application tracker which will be paying.

Your product seems very neat by the way, and when I get to it, I'd be happy to try it out!

Cool! I hope people find it useful! Do you know how you're going to get users so you can feedback cycle?

For now I will do my usual twitter/indiehacker/facebook/medium article stuff
Then I think a good approach would be to go to remote communities and share it to them

          • reddit
          • nomad list
          • ...
What do you think I should do :-) ?

Sounds good. I'm thinking that if you can hook into any of the coding bootcamp communities (maybe eventually partner?) then you'll be able to have a steady stream of people looking for jobs. But for now it seems important to find a handful of users you can get a lot of high-quality feedback from very quickly to see what's useful for them and how to price your product.

About

As I was looking for a job from Tamarin, Mauritius, I kept going to remote job boards and felt overwhelmed by all those jobs listed that were not meant for me because of the location. So I did a simple extension to tric
