This has been a long pending request. Job seekers wanted to see tags for each job opportunity thereby making it easier for them to shortlist and know what the opportunity is all about.
You can click on tags to view all opportunities for that tag.
And with the introduction of tags, we made minor changes to layout for desktop as well as mobile.
Nothing makes you more happy than knowing that your users are happy with the feature they wanted and its making their life easier! :)

Each posting now have an individual page where job seekers can read about the opportunity without leaving jobs-uae.com
This was a huge block and had high bounce rate because users were redirected outside of our website. With this, we hope it will help job seekers and will hopefully improve our bounce rate too.

I have started working on this side-project and was really looking to engage more visitors. I created the respective Twitter handle (https://twitter.com/jobsuae2) and tweeted job opportunities too, but it didn't really increase the views and subscribers as I was expecting it to be.
I realized that job seekers won't be on Twitter but on Job portals like LinkedIN. I posted on one of the LinkedIN groups and BOOM..
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6577971009394176000
The post received 250+ likes, 100+ subscribers and 5k+ page views. Wow!
Lesson learnt: It's important to know your audience and where they are (LinkedIN, in my case).

About
Unlike other portals, and based on my discussion with few, people look for job title, company and location. Those are the FIRST thing, and that's how 'Jobs UAE' was born.
