Hate Applying to Jobs? Outsource it!
I am about to relaunch this to Blackstonerecruiters (.com to see the new site) - learned so much so excited. Changed from JobScout because no one really understood what that was. With the "mini-mvp" i felt like I learned the bounds of the problem and what is needed to scale it. People need more than just applying to jobs, alot of what they need is support and coaching. We have a full curriculum that I feel confident will get anyone a job. We apply for you, do mock interviews, and help negotiate and we charge 7.5% of your yearly salary only if we place you. Right now we just locked up ~$11K in signed new candidates and I'm looking to sign/place 15 candidates ($42K to $84K by march 31st) - if anyone is looking for a job REACH OUT TO ME. You won't find anyone any hungrier to get you placed and I only charge 5% of salary if I place you. With the test trial we placed 5/7 within 3 months.
Took 10 hours even though it doesnt look like it. Have a few orders from friends; waiting for first order from someone I don't know. I am more excited that I shipped something. Even for me, someone who preaches the importance of the smallest subset of features, I always overbuild.
