We sat together and banged out the content. After that, we worked with our friends to create and edit videos. We ended up using mdbook and wordpress to launch v0.

This was a bunch of fun -- over a thousand people signed up, and many have said it changed their results completely. It felt good to do something for the community :)

My co-founder and I saw a note on Hacker News, about someone who gave advice on the job search.

We realized that most of the advice was geared towards junior to mid-level engineers. We had finished up a job search ourselves, landing senior and staff offers, and knew how different the game was.
