Jora
Java Microservices and Web Applications PaaS
To get more exposure I decided to start an ads campaign with minimum daily expenditure. I'd like to get a quick sense of how things are going and users actions, so I can decide on the next steps. So far, it's about 1% CTR and I have some users giving the product a try which is promising
It took a few months, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for Jora. I worked mostly nights and weekendsIn hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far! I setup Mixpanel to track user behavior.
Architecture includes a Vue.JS front end, a Sails JS backend and containerd as the isolated runtime environment.

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.I have been working on Java as an architect and a developer for a long time and with current trend of deploying applications to cloud made me try different services such as AWS, Google Cloud and Heroku and neither satisfied me.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for Jora!

There is a need for an extremely simple deploy-and-forget Java PaaS that allows developers to easily run their applications without worrying about infrastructure components. Current solutions require too much effort.
