Journoa
A B2B growth marketing engine for careful funnel diagnosis
I’m building Journoa, a B2B growth marketing engine for careful funnel diagnosis.
The idea came from a frustration I kept running into: most growth advice is given as tactics, but the useful answer usually depends on context.
A landing page problem, activation problem, positioning problem, lead quality problem, and sales handoff problem can all look like “conversion is low” from far away. But they need very different plays.
Journoa is my attempt to encode how a careful growth marketer thinks through that kind of problem:
- What funnel stage is actually breaking?
- What symptoms are visible?
- What constraints are shaping the situation?
- What evidence do we have?
- What should be tested before scaling?
Right now I’m building the engine from research, case studies, structured growth plays, specs, and tests. I’m also using Claude Code and Codex to help write the code, while I focus on the product logic, research, and decision structure.
It’s still early, but the waitlist page is live:
I’d love feedback from founders, marketers, or anyone who has been burned by generic “try these 10 tactics” growth advice.
What kinds of growth situations would you want an engine like this to understand?
About
Journoa exists to make B2B growth advice more contextual: diagnose the funnel, understand constraints, and choose better next-best actions.

The distinction between tactics and diagnosis is the interesting part. I'd keep validating whether founders are actually buying better growth advice or confidence that they're working on the right problem before they invest in another experiment.
This is an interesting direction. One thing I'd consider is expanding the diagnosis beyond the funnel itself. Sometimes the problem isn't traffic or positioning, it's what happens after someone clicks. A lot of founders personalize the outreach but send everyone to the same generic landing page. The post-click experience can quietly kill conversions. That's actually the problem we're solving with Greve, and it ended up making a much bigger difference than we expected. Good luck with Journoa!
