I'm more active in consulting/freelancing/bootstrapping than in mentoring Tech juniors today, so I've decided to reflect it the project identity. I still help some people with their career development but my interests just shifted a little bit.
Here is a post about how I choose project names and a few more words about why I'm pivoting the ToJuniors project https://nitrolancers.com/blog/new-project-identity
Due to a sudden decision of our domain registrar, we had to move from http://juniors.to to http://tojuniors.com
Be careful because you can lose your sexy domain suddenly and unexpectedly, especially if you choose to perform your operations from a risky place.

Drafted a few blog posts but couldn't wait until I finish them, so wrote a short welcome post expressing my motivation for running the project and published on the newly created blog https://juniors.to/blog/hello-world

The success of one of my mentee encouraged me to continue pursuing my goal.
After talking with a few people, I reshaped the idea a little and registered a new domain - juniors.to. Ah, yes, founders register a lot of domains - they just not bragging about it.
I set the goal of running the project blog with a few posts in 6 weeks.

While occasionally helping people 1-on-1 with their Tech career and receiving good feedback, I started thinking about scaling my effort to more people. I had no idea how to do it but registered a domain (as it turned out, the first domain) to cement my will.
