justcrm
a crm your team will actually use
Over the years, I worked in sales & product, listening to the same complaints over and over trying multiple crms. I started with spreadsheets because they were simple. When I outgrew them, I moved to popular CRMs—only to discover a different set of problems.
The more people I hired, the more I paid. Per-user pricing turned growth into a recurring expense. I had dashboards full of charts, but I still couldn't answer simple questions: Which deals are stuck? Who needs help? What should happen next? Sales executives spent more time updating the CRM than actually selling or not filling at all.
That was the turning point!
I asked myself a simple question: What if a CRM only focused on helping teams move deals forward? I know that in the era of AI, building a software product is easy!
So I want my fellow friends out there try us for good amount of time( 1 year free) and only pay me a flat fee(lesser than their hosting price even if they self host by vide coding it) :)
I stripped away the unnecessary complexity, replaced vanity metrics with actionable insights that teams & managers can actually act upon, and designed pricing that wouldn't punish businesses for growing.
That's how justcrm was born—not to become the biggest CRM, but to become the simplest CRM your team will actually use!
About
I built justcrm because we were tired of expensive per-user pricing, stalled deals with out pipeline visibility, vanity metrics that are not actionable. I wanted a CRM that helps teams take action and close more deals.

I like the shift from measuring sales activity to helping teams make the next decision.
A CRM becomes overhead when its primary job is documenting what's already happened. If it consistently helps sales teams identify which deals need attention and what should happen next, that's a much stronger reason for people to keep using it than another dashboard.
