Co-founder and I came up with a barebones version of a few automated workflows and tested them with initial users with a closed beta. Took us 2 weeks to get here and we're iterating through feedback. We learnt a great deal about SaaS founders and their challenges with finding PM Fit.

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.

It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for KaizenFox!
