I did my first interview! (for Makerlog Weekly)
In this interview I shared the early story of KanbanMail up until launch.
I finally launched KanbanMail!
I made KanbanMail paid, sent an email to the beta testers list and posted on Twitter, Telegram, Slack and Indie Hackers..
Launched public beta!
I sent out the rest of the beta invites, and made it so that any new beta list member gets access immediately
KanbanMail reaches #1 on Hacker News
A Hacker News user found KanbanMail and decided to post it on there. It got to #1!!! I wasn't expecting (or ready for) this, because it was still in very early beta. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=17576024
Launched first beta version
I made it a free beta because it was a very early version which was lacking a lot of features. My goal with the beta was to try and build more openly and gather feedback / ideas.
I bought a domain name for KanbanMail
Started working on KanbanMail
I'd had the idea in my head for a while. On the 13th of June I decided to learn Vue and saw how it could be very useful for KanbanMail. So, I decided to start coding and see what happened!
