February 18, 2019 Soft-launch

Version 1 is put out there into the world. Launch fast while you feel embarrassed about it, right?

In any case, during this period I was all geared up to work on KanRails full-time. I had quit my job a month earlier to work on KanRails full-time. The itch was too strong to ignore.

Hey, Jonathan. I can totally feel you. It takes a lot of courage to quit job and work full time on own idea.
By the way, I am also from Malaysia. Feel free to reach out if I can be of any help. Cheers'

April 1, 2018 Idea and first commit

I am building KanRails because I felt there should be a kanban tool that is more flexible in nature with built-in automation features while preserving simplicity.

I went with Golang as the backend API and LitElement as the front-end "framework" (web components).

Started on April 1, but this is not a joke!

About

I am working on KanRails because I found a lot of kanban board features I would like on tools like Trello require too much integration to get things working. KanRails has automation and custom fields built-in.
