Moved from sqlite to PostgreSQL.

Moved from sqlite to PostgreSQL. It was extremely painful because I'm quite a noob, but in the end it was worth it because my app is now stateless and easier to deploy. I'm using a hosted PostgreSQL Database from Digital Ocean. My app runs on a digital Ocean server too. Now I'm just writing stuff to get to the minimum word limit
