I have worked for many companies in the past few years and I've seen so many employees complain about the management and the culture. But nothing ever gets solved! why? because nobody is there to hear them out!
So I'm building a platform to create an easy flow for automating employee satisfaction surveys and employee feedback so that the managers can build a better culture and working environment for their employees through the constant measuring of their happiness.
