Considering Pivoting

Almost immediately, within two weeks, I'm considering pivoting to a backup service with a premium layer. Still weighing up the options, and potentially a little quick to judge the success but the pivot would require little changes, and lower the barrier to entry.

Growth Stage #1

Initially only launching on the web has limited the market to a certain degree although the initial MVP works on mobile, tablet and desktop. However, to be celebrated, my first 20 customers in 9 days.

Launched!

For what seems like forever I've been working on something, and I finally launched it late Saturday night.

Ever since my first daughter was born, some six years ago I've wanted and needed something to store our memories. Something that goes beyond backing up photos and videos from my phone/camera, something that isn't on social media for the world to see. Equally, I needed something that isn't just on one computer, possibly not backed up and prone to failure.
