Today, Keytomic hit £14,142 MRR.

And we did it in just 6 months with zero paid ads.

We focused on one thing: solving a real problem in a market that is changing fast.

AI is now shaping how people discover brands, compare options, and choose solutions.

Your buyers are no longer searching only on Google.

They are finding companies through ChatGPT, AI Overviews, and other AI platforms, and most businesses are still invisible there.

The frustrating part is that many do not even realize it yet.

Meanwhile, leads drop, traffic slows, and sales start to feel harder than they should.

That is why we built Keytomic.

One platform for founders, e-commerce brands, and agencies to:

→ Discover high-intent keywords
→ Create and publish optimized content
→ Build topical authority with topical maps
→ Find high-DR backlink opportunities
→ Improve technical SEO
→ Track Google and AI visibility
→ Replace disconnected tools and manual work

This milestone confirms something we have believed from day one:

Businesses do not need more SEO tools.

They need SEO that gets done.

Is your business visible where your customers search?

If not, you know what to fix.

How do you currently handle your analytics and would you mind reading my indiehacker pots on how AI crawlers and bots are ruining analytics data?

Ranking in LLMs is something a lot of companies don’t fully understand yet, which creates a big opportunity if positioned well.

Feels like the upside here is in making the value extremely tangible (traffic, visibility, leads) rather than staying at the “AI SEO” level.

Curious — what’s the primary outcome your best customers are seeing?

Happy to share how I’d position this to push into higher-ticket contracts — this has serious potential.

£14k MRR in six months without paid acquisition is the interesting part here.

Looking back at the first customers who actually paid and stayed, were they buying primarily because they wanted visibility in AI search, or because they wanted the existing SEO workflow consolidated and done for them?

I like that you're focusing on the entire workflow instead of just AI writing. Most SEO tools stop after generating content, but publishing, indexing and distribution are where teams still spend a lot of time. I want to know, which feature has surprised users the most so far?
