Kim
Understands your screenshots and reminds you when it matters
I used to take screenshots and photos to remember things later – invoices, appointments, codes, return deadlines, and so on.
But like most people, I eventually forgot the screenshot even existed.
So I developed Kim – a tool that analyzes your screenshots and finds the essentials:
📌 Tasks ("Return by Friday")
📅 Appointments ("Check-in at 2 p.m.")
💸 Payments ("Amount Due: €83")
🔗 Useful info (links, contacts, tracking numbers, etc.)
🧠No tagging. No organizing.
Just take a screenshot – and Kim does the rest in the background.
Kim uses AI to extract the context and remind you when needed –
and you can even search or chat with the results.
I didn’t want to use AI – I wanted a tool that used AI to take work off my plate.
By day, I'm a systems architect, and this whole thing started as a weekend experiment to create something useful and get fully hands-on again.
Now it's become surprisingly comprehensive – so I’ve turned it into a minimal MVP.
Currently Android-only and still early.
I’ve already shared it with a few people and received encouraging feedback –
but I’m curious to hear what others think.
Would love to hear your thoughts, honest feedback, or improvement ideas 🙏
About
I built Kim because I was tired of forgetting things buried in screenshots – bills, check-ins, appointments. No productivity tool really helped, because they all wanted me to organize everything manually. I didn’t want

It’s a really solid idea — and it’s great to see how far you’ve taken it, even as a side project. Good ideas always thrive in the right hands. Wishing you continued success ahead.
Thanks a lot 🙏
