We're two guys who are genuinely good at business development and getting in front of high-value clients in financial services. We are not, however, the people who should be building the technical side of what we're selling. Hence this post.

We've identified a clear gap in a specific vertical, we have the client relationships to exploit it, and we need a third person who lives and breathes Claude Code and agentic workflows to complete the picture. You'd be coming in as a proper co-lead rather than a contractor — real stake in the business, in the room for client meetings, owning the technical delivery end to end.

Worth saying upfront: this isn't a fully remote, heads-down coding role. We'd want you at client meetings with us — partly because having a technical person in the room closes deals faster, and partly because we think the right person will actually enjoy that side of it. Some travel involved, London presence preferred but not essential if you're willing to make the trip when it counts.

If you're the kind of person who builds working prototypes over a weekend just to see if something is possible, you're probably who we're looking for.
