Kinoflux Suite

I finally hit my breaking point with modern media tools a few months ago. I needed to do a few simple tasks: trim a video clip, convert a high-res audio track, and get a quick text transcript. Within ten minutes, I was juggling four different tabs on random website tools. One gave me a 50MB file size limit. Another slapped a massive watermark over my footage. The third blocked me with a monthly subscription paywall after two minutes. To make it worse, my personal videos and client files were now sitting on someone else’s cloud server.

Treating this fragmented, unsecure process as normal felt wrong. That is exactly why I built KinoFlux.

KinoFlux is a completely free, 100% offline media ecosystem built natively for Windows. It solves three massive headaches for developers and creators: cloud data tracking, subscription paywalls, and bloated web apps. Because it runs straight on bare metal with zero Electron or cloud dependencies, your private files never leave your local drive.

Instead of building one bloated application, I built the KinoFlux Suite—a bundle of 4 dedicated, lightweight applications that handle everything locally:

• KinoFlux Music: A lightweight, lossless audio player for high-fidelity sound.

• KinoFlux Editor: A lightning-fast, local video editor to cut and tweak footage instantly. Also contains audio, image and pdf tools.

• KinoFlux Transcribe: A fully air-gapped AI transcription tool that runs OpenAI Whisper locally on your own GPU.
