That's a really good question! Just to put your mind at ease, Kiru's AI Algorithm is trained on several thousands of resumes and feedback from a panel of veteran HR experts, which helps it focus solely on professional skills, experience and projects.
This way, it avoids biases so it's all about what candidates can do, not who they are. Any preference like gender only enters the picture if a recruiter explicitly sets such criteria for a position.
