July 25, 2025 From chaos to clarity: how KnowMinder became my second brain

I built KnowMinder to stop forgetting everything I save online 🧠

As a developer, I constantly save LinkedIn posts, tweets, articles, screenshots, notes, newsletter, and more.

But when I need to find something specific later, it’s a nightmare: bookmarks scattered everywhere, saved posts on different platforms, messy notes... I end up wasting time—or worse, never finding it at all.

That’s why I built KnowMinder.

🚀 It’s a Chrome extension (and web app) that helps you capture, centralize, and interact with your personal content.

🎯 You can:

- Save LinkedIn or X (Twitter) posts

- Capture web pages and Youtube videos

- Write and store notes

- Upload files

- Save emails — even automatically forward your newsletters

💡 Then, AI processes everything:

- Semantic search lets you find anything, even with a vague description

- An AI chatbot can answer your questions using your captured content

It’s built as a second brain, so you never lose track of what matters again.

Would love your thoughts or feedback! 🙌

About

I constantly save LinkedIn posts, tweets, articles, screenshots, etc. But when I need to find something, I waste time digging through bookmarks, saved posts... and often never find it. I built KnowMinder to solve that.
