The idea came from a frustration we kept seeing across teams. Companies have more dashboards than ever, but when a KPI changes, people still spend hours exporting spreadsheets, comparing reports, and debating what actually caused it.

The problem isn't a lack of data. It's that most tools don't show how metrics connect.

So we built kpitree.io.

It's a self-service platform for building KPI Trees. You upload your data, define the relationships between metrics, and generate an interactive tree that helps you quickly identify the drivers behind a performance change.

Our goal isn't to replace BI tools. It's to help teams understand what's driving their numbers without relying on analysts or piecing everything together manually.

We're looking for early users who work with KPIs regularly and are willing to share honest feedback as we continue building the product.
