January 23, 2026 I built a tool to bridge the gap between spreadsheets and expensive erps. Is the value prop clear? Roast my Landing Page.

Hey everyone,

I was tired of having 4 different spreadsheet tabs open (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance) just to see how my business was actually doing. The context switching was killing my productivity, and the data was always slightly out of sync.

So I spent the last few months building Kreo Chat to replace my messy Google Sheets with a proper operating system.

I built it using Next.js (App Router) and Convex for the backend to keep everything real-time and reactive. The goal is to have one dashboard where data entered in Sales automatically updates Finance and Ops without me touching a thing.

I’m looking for some brutal honesty on the landing page and the concept:

  1. Is the problem I'm solving actually clear from the hero section?

  2. Would you trust this over your current Notion/Excel setup?

Here is the link: https://kreo.chat

Don't hold back—I'd rather fix the issues now than find out later!

Thanks, Jeffry Gichure

Congrats on the launch, looks solid. How are you currently thinking about acquiring early users and gathering feedback?

About

I built Kreo Chat to solve the nightmare of fragmented tools and the rising costs. These separate tools made it impossible to get a clear picture of my business. Kreo solves this by unifying everything into one suite.
