Clean PayPal & Stripe CSV exports for bookkeeping
Hey IH,
I just launched KultureCut Tools – three small browser-based utilities for freelancers and small businesses who deal with messy payment CSV exports.
The tools:
- PayPal CSV Cleaner – normalises PayPal Activity exports, removes empty rows, detects duplicate transaction IDs
- Stripe CSV Cleaner – fixes payout files, converts pence to pounds, separates refunds and fees
- Duplicate Transaction Finder – works on any CSV, flags exact and near-duplicate entries
Everything runs in the browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server. No account needed. Pay £3 to export the cleaned file.
Built it because I kept seeing people complain about this exact problem in bookkeeping and freelancer forums. Took a few days to build and deploy on Cloudflare Pages.
Would love any feedback on the tools or the pricing.
About
Small businesses and freelancers waste hours fixing messy CSV exports from PayPal and Stripe before they can do their bookkeeping. I built browser-based tools that fix this in seconds with no software to install.

This is a useful pain, but I’d be careful with how you frame the £3 export.
The value is probably not “clean my CSV.”
It is more like “make this file accountant-ready without me manually fixing PayPal/Stripe weirdness.”
That matters because freelancers and small businesses do not really want a CSV tool. They want less bookkeeping mess before tax, VAT, reconciliation, or accountant handoff.
Small pricing thought: I’d test whether the paid moment is stronger around a specific job like “prepare this PayPal/Stripe export for bookkeeping” rather than generic CSV cleanup.
Happy to put the tighter pricing/positioning angle in writing if useful.
